Facialist to the stars, Su-Man Tsu created innovative skincare formulations, initially solely for her A-list private clients around the world. Along with her business-partner husband, the two set out to create a retail line. Working with the two on their start-up business, this hands-on consultancy role saw the brand through formulation refinement, testing, production, brand direction and agency liaison for packaging, PR and website design, sell-in to prestigious retail accounts, press ad and POS creation and entries for multiple successful beauty awards.
