Michael required a personal brand and website which portrayed the many aspects of his work as an esteemed Five Element acupuncturist, tutor, lecturer and author. He sought an identity which was elegant, embodied the essence of his philosophical teachings and acknowledged the Chinese roots of this ancient medicine practice. The initial brand mark was created by a designer drawing inspiration from bamboo. Taking this further, I created a full brand identity including Five Element emblem, marketing materials and simple website design which was both educational and provided easy navigation for users to connect with Michael in whichever capacity of his they sought.
